Wanted to share our experience with ARR Contractors from 2024 storm that came through Dallas area. We were swarmed by so many roofers and companies knocking on our door, so the overwhelming feeling left us drained. Highly recommend ARR. Fish, Boris and the entire ARR team were great to work with. We had water damage due to burst pipe on the 1st floor of the house. They walked me through the claims process and what to expect. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again for future home improvement projects. Edit 2/20/25: The floors that were repaired by ARR have started peeling and coming apart in a year. The company refuses to repair them unfortunately. We had a hot water heater leak and ruin the floors in part of our home. ARR was very helpful in getting repairs started and helping with the insurance company. Highly recommend!
I have used AAR several times-- twice to replace my roof due to 2 separate hail storms, and after the 2021 freeze to help me with a burst pipe when no one else could come out. All times the service was professional, prompt, and the job done right. For both roof replacements they worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything covered, including siding, windows, and fence repair. They did the job on time, on budget, and without delay. I highly recommend Fish and the whole AAR gang.
