Absolutely terrible. I bought a Groupon and I followed the instructions that they wrote on Groupon. Turns out that what they wrote on Groupon is not actually what they honor (and Reception acknowledged that this is what’s happening yet nobody’s doing anything to change it and they continue to let their customers be misled) and so I wasted my time and my money so I would recommend that you guys not deal with the same headache that I’ve been dealing with today. Been a resident of Studio City for years. Some friends and I were sitting outside enjoying the sun and a cup of coffee @ a seated table outside with some friends looking at the services this med spa offered and the owner or employee of this med spa (bleach blonde lady in pink scrubs) made us move as she didn’t want tables from the neighboring coffee shop “blocking the business front” — I was honestly appalled. Im a regular client at Arpel and have been for a few years. The service and customer care is exceptional. Sometimes parking is a problem, so get there a few minutes before your appt. If you are looking for a med spa that gives you individualized care and attention, then this is the place to go. The ladies at Arpel are very sweet and super helpful! Really cool team of professionals. Try booking during the week, the weekends are super busy. Either way you will be taken care of. Thanks ladies!
