I was very nervous coming for pain management because I don't like taking pills. I felt very comfortable after the first visit. The staff at the front desk is very pleasant and happy. Dr. Patel listens to me & thankful I have found a doctor who listens & helps the pain. Thank You!
Dr Patel and staff go beyond their call of duty and above the standard of care for me and all of their patients. As a team they have given me great relief from my pain and other issues I've had related to this. I'm so grateful, thank you!
I never got to see the Doctor because the receptionist was so nasty that I walked out. My appt. was for 10:40 AM and I got there at 10:30 AM. I did my paperwork at home from forms I downloaded online. She unloaded on me like I was a child caught with my hand in the cookie jar. She said I would have to re-schedule. I drove 30 miles and wasted my gas to have this woman treat me this way. The counters were dirty and I couldn't wait to get home to wash up. I'll never go back. Live and learn.
Dr Patel is very nice, professional and effective with his treatment! The front office at the Zephyrhills office is also great!
Before I came here I was in pain 24 hours a day. I couldn't do the little things around the house. It even hurt to lay down! Today, due to Dr Patel's care, I can walk without help and can do my home chores, including feeding my horses and cows. Bless you all!
Dr. Patel was very thorough, kind, easy to talk to and he actually listened! He came up with a different idea than what had been suggested by a previous doctor. I trusted him and he was correct in his treatment plan. After 3 facet injections I am pain free. I would highly recommend him and will continue to see him as needed.
I have suffered needlessly for 12 years.After 2 visits with Dr.Patel and Mandy Francis,APN,my pain is under control! They have given me a quality of life again.The entire staff is accommodating ,patient,compassionate and above all extremely competent .I would highly recommend this Pain Management office to people of all ages.No wait time,Doctor listens to all concerns and fully explains plan of action and implements immediately. Office staff was very helpful at the Brandon office and Dr Patel is outstanding! He listened to my concerns to really find out the root of my pain while offering suggestions and solutions. I would give him 10 stars as he is caring and has a gentle way with every patient!
