Good customer service
Our local office underestimated are move by 5000 pounds. We even called them back a second time. On the second day of our load, they called in a second truck. We have no eta on second truck. Our local office has quit responding to my emails. It's a nightmare with half of our stuff missing and no end in sight. They literally have years of valuables and furniture of ours and her position and have no urgency to give us back our stuff, even though our ETA was almost a month ago
