Arpad was excellent to work with in the sale of our home. He understood and explained clearly the market situation and dynamics of selling. He explained things clearly at each step and provided us the final decision after talking through the different options. He frequently touched base and always let us know what to expect and what we needed to do. He was very friendly but clear with potential sellers and worked to get us a very strong offer. Arpad helped some friends buy a place, and was referred to as someone who was diligent about pointing out potential hazards with or negative features about a property.
