RecommendedI recommend your next car purchase and any auto repair that you need be from ARP. I purchased me vehicle from ARP and have all of my auto needs taken by them as well. Ryan does a good job making sure my 2005 Ford Excursion stays running right. Mike and Josh take care of my needs and listen to every detail. They’re listening when you think they aren’t. They work with me and treat me like family. I couldn’t be more pleased!
I purchased a car that fit my needs and budget. The entire staff was respectful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. I am happy with the car and will consider ARP for future needs.
I HAD SO MANY issues with this place and I it was just never ending. communication was the main issue and I never felt listened to FULLY. There also some arrogant comments made which tried to take away from the level of actual accountability that should have been expressed when dealing with my car. They tried to RIGHT some wrongs but a lot of the wrongs were avoidable to begin with. Tomera, sorry you feel this way, i understand the communication was my fault as i was gone that day when you picked up after hours and was unaware that your car was already done, but i think its unfair to some degree to receive this review, you picked up your car with the understanding it had to come back for a warranty repair on a bad part from the factory, then a few days later you learned that it was actually already taken care of, and that we had already installed the part that had failed and charged you nothing, includi... read more

5 of 5 stars! Had my car in about a month ago for a paint correction and ceramic coating done by Joren, my paint is now like a mirror all around the car. A month later my car still looks better than before! Car washes are much easier rarely needed now. Also was able to "black out" my front/rear emblems and grill! very happy and would recommend ARP AUTOMOTIVE.
I took my car to ARP to get my windows tinted. It’s been a little over a week now and I love them! Joren was amazing to work with, as usual. He made the whole process easy, and my windows look great!
5 out of 5 stars. ARP AUTOMOTIVE, went above and beyond for me as far as customer service/satisfaction. I needed my paint corrected on my black car and I can't say anything less than WOW. The car looks brand new. Joren went above and beyond and you can really tell he and the ARP company care about the product they turn out. Will definitely be back for more business.
ARP gave me my car back! My cat had an accident in the back trunk area and the smell was unbearable. My husband and I have tried all sorts of products to get rid of the smell and yet it still lingered around 🤢 As a mother of 2 and one on the way I couldn't deal with it anymore.
