I've been taking my girls to the Lakeside office for the past few years. We all love the staff! Dr. Jake has won them over with a shared love of Harry Potter, and chats with them about their interests throughout the visit. They all feel as though they are patient #1. This week I had to take my youngest in to have some cavities fixed. We were both nervous about the work to be done. Dr. Jake has seen 3 of my kids in less than 4 days and did amazing work on all of them!!
The facility is very bright, clean, and kid friendly. The staff is very nice and I like that they talk directly to my child as well. Informing her what she needs to do at home and letting her know what they need from her in order to give her the proper care in their facility. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The dentist and his staff were friendly and informative. I didn't give them the 5th star only because the electricity kept going out all over town and they lacked on some of their services.
