very petty write ups on things that were out of our control and done by the builder of the house when it was new. Needs to work on personality. He did the inspection for the buyer of our home.
We are not satisfied with the report. Many deficiencies were not mentioned. We filed a complaint and waiting for the result with TREC.
Report as they provided for us, doesn't useful at all and didn't help us. It was general information which anyone could figure out. After a while, we found lots of problems that they even didn't bring in the report. Don't recommend to waste your money for this company. Get someone who spent enough time in your home to inspect and make sure you will be present at the time of inspection.
