We traded in two older mountain bikes for store credit and bought a new mountain bike for my wife on the same day. ARC was fair with the trade in and helpful. They even fixed the flats on my son's tubeless wheels, while we worked out the deal on the bikes.
I bought a used bike from these guys online and it had a problem that was not disclosed by the guy who traded it in. When I found it Ryan stepped up and shipped the parts to my local shop and took care of the labor. Outstanding service and communication. I highly recommend you drop by the shop or check out their eBay store.
This bike shop is really something that you have to experience, all the staff offer an outstanding customer service, I was helped by Olsen and he was patience and explain everything in detail before I made my decisions, plus the price for service and parts are super reasonable. Happy Camper! ;- {>

These guys are amazing. Great selection of bikes, fair prices, and fantastic customer service. I'm so glad they are in Pasadena but I'd drive out of the way to go to them in a heartbeat.
This is a great shop. They are involved in their local community, they recycle bike parts, have a great service department and just care about you and cycling in general. If you are in the market for a used bike they can take care of you like no other shop around. Their prices are great
