Fantastic experience with this store. Bought a bike here for our daughter when dropping her off at college and they were great. Two months later, when her wheel had been stolen, I called the store from my home in Boston and they spent a great deal of time and effort researching the most economical way to replace the wheel, even offering to hand-deliver it to her on campus!Couldn’t be more impressed.
Discovered this shop when I went for a METRO bike class. It was cool to find an independent consignment shop with a diverse collection of used bikes and new accessories. I returned a couple weeks later to have an issue on my bike checked out and they fixed it good as new and did a couple other tweeks for a great price.
This is my go to neighborhood spot. They can fix anything! They’ve worked on my sweet old Trek 950 and brought a long garaged Gary Fisher back to life. We also scored an amazing Public city bike at a yard sale and they changed out all the yucky parts.
