I received a quote where it was specified that all materials and labor were included, then they tried to upcharge for materials after the job was started. I questioned the verbiage on the quote they told me that "they couldn't do a job for free" and that they've been using that quote template for 3 months and "never had anyone think that materials were included". Clearly not a very ethical company.
