Asaf and a new helper showed up to my place on time. However, they stated that they performed a Deep Dryer Cleaning... Dryer is new. Also, stated they Repaired Dryer Vent... What they did was just use the same old parts that were already there, used a bunch of duct tape, which was mine. At first site... it looked like they had actually done some repairs to the vent... so, it looked ok. Eli came out and cleaned our ducts as well as our dryer vents and did a great job! He went above and beyond in his service when alerting us to a potential problem with how one of our ducts was installed, something the previous technician from another company did not do! He even attempted to fix the issue. The price was great and we will definitely be using them again!
