Terrible and Dishonest DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired them back in June of 2017 to replace my roof. I have had two subsequent roof inspectors tell me the only way to make my roof right is to tear this company's work off and redo the whole thing.They caused more damage to the house than I can list here, siding, condensing unit, windows, etc. And when I went into the house to retrieve and argue the contract language while they were supposed to be cleaning up, they packed up and left! Had a great experience with a chimney sweep and repair. Chimney was cleaned and repairs were made so I was able to sell my home. Home inspector report stated needed repairs and cleaning. Around the clock performed very well and in timely manner.
My 1-2 day fireplace and chimney installation is going on 7 months now. Initially they didn't pull any proper permits or do any inspections. I caught them on that and after a couple months they got a mechanical permit. They still needed a building permit. They failed the mechanical inspection and abondaned the job and blocked my number. Two months later I contacted thumbtack and they shut down their account until they agreed to resolv le the issues. They pulled the proper permits and work began again. Two chimneys leaking - they flashed and squirted gummy black stuff here and there, and capped them. The guy was there under two hours - closer to one hour. I was surprised at how fast he was done and wondered about the quality. A little later, I had a guy go up on the roof to blow straw off. Your chimneys look like they have serious damage on both of your chimney. Caused my not taking care of them over the years. We notified you that there was serious structural issues with both chimneys and that it would cost over ****** to repair brick work on both chimneys. Chimneys are both in usage so tearing down is not a good option. You proposed jist stopping the leak at low cost affordable price. I recently replaced my fireplace with Around the Clock - I was very impressed with the company overall. My experience with them was very professional and they did a great job. The office staff and technicians were both attentive and very knowledgeable. My family and I are so happy with the outcome and we love our new fireplace. They also did some minor roof repairs at no extra cost! I will defiantly call them in the future if we need anything else. Thank you!
Reliable and affordable I called around the clock to get a 2nd opinion on my chimney. I was given a very high price and did not think anything was wrong with it . They came and did a full inspection of the interior and exterior of the chimney. Including a video scan of my chimney which showed I needed a pipe to go in my flue because the chimney had holes in it . I was showed pictures and a video of deterioration.
