Five days ago, on a Sunday evening, during a brutal cold snap, our Heil furnace stopped working (great timing!). I went to the Heil-HVAC website and clicked on “Find a Dealer,” sorted by distance. The first dealer listed was Around the Clock Heating and Cooling (ATC). Google reviews indicated five stars, so I called (it was a Sunday evening, and nobody answered, so I left a message). I was so relieved that on the coldest day this winter, Ilan was able to come right away and fix my heater. I was extremely happy that I was able to sleep in a warm home.
He was on vacation when I called, but still video chatted with me to help fix the problem.. and I was a first time customer! Ilan remained calm and displayed expert knowledge right away. He was very helpful and I highly recommend him for HVAC issues.

Ilan saved the day. Our A/C went out Friday evening and he came out the next day to fix the compressor. He quickly identified the problem and had the replacement piece in his truck.
