I had a great experience with this Around the Clock service. Ilan was very efficient—quickly determining the problem, recommending the right part, and assisting me with the order. I recently had an issue with my HVAC system short cycling. I called Around the Clock in the evening and Ilan contacted me within 30 minutes and came the next morning. Five days ago, on a Sunday evening, during a brutal cold snap, our Heil furnace stopped working (great timing!). I went to the Heil-HVAC website and clicked on “Find a Dealer,” sorted by distance. The first dealer listed was Around the Clock Heating and Cooling (ATC). Google reviews indicated five stars, so I called (it was a Sunday evening, and nobody answered, so I left a message). Ilan is a great guy and came same day I called and figured out the issue right away and fixed it. I enjoyed meeting him as a person and was very transparent and showed me in details what he did. I Highly recommend him and will refer him to my friends.
