One thing I like about this provider is that it is fairly easy to get an appointment. I've used this provider for many years and have always gotten good care.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Their equipment seems to be in fairly good condition. They don't have the newest stuff, but it got the job done.
They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
