Can’t even get seated with the entire back row of tables empty! Waiting around till my children are so bored they are acting up! Went across parking lot to I hop ! So sad I loved this restaurant in Pennsylvania and Plainfield’s version is so unorganized we had to walk out for them to say our table was almost ready!
First time there, great food
The wings I had were not cooked all the way and when I said something to our waitress she said that’s how they always come out and refused to get the manager and didnt offer to just remake them that’s poor service and she was very rude about it also. When the bill came I said I had money on my rewards that should lower the bill she said I couldn’t use the rewards. I asked why and she didn’t respond so we paid and we left will not be back
