Recommendedvery unprepared for the early opening stools were still up , they were still mopping , registers were not even open , that was at 9:20 they were in a panic when we walked in they were very lucky only 3 people in here , if this was philly well enough said , other then that pace is ok .

Can’t even get seated with the entire back row of tables empty! Waiting around till my children are so bored they are acting up! Went across parking lot to I hop ! So sad I loved this restaurant in Pennsylvania and Plainfield’s version is so unorganized we had to walk out for them to say our table was almost ready!
I’ve never had a great experience here. Service absolutely sucks! It’s not just one server - literally every single time I’ve gone there, they messed up my my order. This past time I got regular wings when I wanted boneless but I just ate them anyway since I didn’t want to wait again. Two other times a person brought food to our table thinking it was ours. The wings I had were not cooked all the way and when I said something to our waitress she said that’s how they always come out and refused to get the manager and didnt offer to just remake them that’s poor service and she was very rude about it also. When the bill came I said I had money on my rewards that should lower the bill she said I couldn’t use the rewards. I asked why and she didn’t respond so we paid and we left will not be back
