THE worst, condescending front office staff. The Doc may be fine but you have to get through the rudest people to get to him. Here’s a little pro tip for your office staff- if someone has their insurance card but not their photo ID, you can log into the insurance portal and ask them identifying questions like their date of birth and social to verify their identity…probably better than turning them away but that may be a little too flexible and accommodating for you folks.
Dr Aronson has great bedside manner, explains conditions and treatments in a very digestible way, and is very knowledgeable in his practice. The staff was phenomenal as well. Overall a great experience for podiatry needs
My longtime podiatrist retired and recommended Dr. Aronson to me. I just had my first visit with Dr. Aronson and I couldn't have been happier.
