Dr Aronov is a knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled doctor. Using genetic testing, to determine what particular medications would work for me, she has helped me to discover personalized medications and lifestyle choices that will work best. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Aronov is a warm and caring psychiatrist who does more that just prescribe medications. Unlike other professionals in her line of medicine, Dr. Aronov takes the time to speak with you about your well being and ways to improve it, including discussing mifestyle and environment changes, work changes, social changes, etc. For a full, complete level of treatment, I 100% recommend Dr. Aronov.
Dr. Aronov is a wonderful psychiatrist and very kind and caring person. She is a very unique psychiatrist, fully invested in her patients and very genuine. I appreciate her holistic approach, and the fact that she is not pushy in prescribing medications and always makes sure the patient is comfortable. She always makes herself available to her patients to ensure their health and comfort. Highly recommended!
Dr Aronov is amazing. She has helped make progress I never thought was possible. She is very caring and compassionate. I am so thankful I found her when I did, I was at my rock bottom and felt completely hopeless. She has helped me regain strength and confidence in myself. She is a great listener- neutral and non biased, which is so important to me. She is also very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend her to my own family and friends.
I initially met with Dr Aronov when I was going through a personal crisis. I can't tell you enough of how she helped me at a time when I was at an all time low. I saw her regularly at first and found her so easy to talk to. I came away after each visit with a feeling of optimism. She got me through a time of "despair".
I have been a patient of Dr. Aronov’s for over 4 years. One of the best decisions I made was putting Garden City Psychiatrists in the search area of my Insurance Provider’s website, because her name came up first. I called and she provided what I needed, compassion and help. She is professional and information. She made me understand what was happening and how to cope. Although I hate the term “Shrink”, it truly fits my experience. A Doctor that shrinks your symptoms and problems. The best!
Over the last few years, Dr. Aronov has helped me to not only feel better physically and about myself, but in many other ways. Her knowledge, understanding, skill and compassion make her an incredible psychiatrist and individual. Dr. Aronov is ethical, helpful, intuitive and is not judgmental. In addition to having a true understanding and skill for helpful / safe prescribing, she is also extremely easy to talk to and clearly cares about helping her patients feel better and achieve their goals.
Excellent Psychiatrist, Compassionate, Kind I first called Dr. Aronov with feelings of intense anxiety after a panic attack. She was readily available and upon meeting her I had feelings of trust and that she really cared about me as a person. She is very thorough and explains everything in a way that I can understand. She placed me on probiotics and vitamins. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have made tremendous progress with handling my anxiety.
Insincere, incompetent, defensive, didn't keep track of my medications properly, pushed me to book appointments beyond my insurance limits and then demanded cash for them. Talked incessantly about her own family problems and life in Uzbekistan rather than focusing on my issues. Coldly told me to go to the ER when I was in crisis. Made me wait outside in my car when she was late for appointments. Horrible experience.
