I needed a balcony on my house to have its support redone. Inspectors told me the balcony was leaning down and we needed an engineer to design new support beams in addition to pushing it up. Eilan Aronian was the right choice - he came in and provided plans for my building to proceed as soon as possible. He was really helpful when we needed modifications to the plans as well. Would definitely highly recommend.
