The 1st receptionist that I went to needs a lesson in how to talk to patients without an attitude. The 2nd receptionist that actually helped me was great. Dr. Trocchia, his PA and the technicians and nurses in the exam area were all great.

Once I left the waiting room, I was faced with A very caring nurse or PA named Chelsea, who listened to every word I had to say and made some recommendations. It sounds very reasonable to me. So she briefed the doctor, Dr. Trocacia Who soon came in and gave me two shots, which I hope that are Effective. I rate my service as an. “A” I will add a plus if these shots work.
Well organized
Always runs on time, efficient but not too quick to leave the room if you have questions.
No waiting. Everyone including front desk,X-ray,nurses and Doctor were efficient and friendly.
It was to review a fractured thumb which has healed as treated by Dr. Trocchia.
Dr Trocchia providing excellent care to help rehabilitate my fractured and dislocated thumb. He is helping me get back to a normal life of sports activity.
