I've been coming to Dr Trochia for about 4 years now, for my arthritis. After driving truck for 25 years, I've developed arthritis in my thumbs. Every 4-6 months I get cortisone shots, the relief is amazing. The folks at Coastal are always friendly and I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes to be seen by Dr Trochia. He did my surgery in August and everything is coming together perfectly.I tore my biceps tendon and there was a chance that it was to far retracted to fix Dr Trocchia sat down with me and explained everything and helped me understand the risks involved with every choice available.I opted for surgery and the very best outcome occurred.I absolutely recommend Dr Trocchia
