The worst experience with the person in the office scheduling the appointment- Mary I believe. So not competent! It was a joke. Upon requesting to see the surgeon she made an appointment with the the doctor who gave up surgeries. Then scheduled appointment with nurse practitioner and 2 months later I got to Dr Block who seems to be a great doctor.
