This review is not for the doctor, but for the patient experience. I never got in to see the doctor. After reading the many stellar reviews, I called in August. His earliest opening was in December. I understand that when you're a good doctor, there is going to be a wait period. Almost 90 days later, at the END of November, I get a message in mychart stating that the dr would like me to see a partner instead. The worst experience with the person in the office scheduling the appointment- Mary I believe. So not competent! It was a joke. Upon requesting to see the surgeon she made an appointment with the the doctor who gave up surgeries. Then scheduled appointment with nurse practitioner and 2 months later I got to Dr Block who seems to be a great doctor. Wanted to schedule the surgery after wasting my 3 months being bounced around and was put on the waiting list. Called today to see if anything is available for the December to find... read more
