It was a pleasant stroll after dinner in downtown st Augustine with my family of 3 until we left feeling a bit let down. It wasn’t from the dinner. We visited this soap store after dinner and were told there was a “buy two, get one free” special as we entered. However, when we checked out, we were charged $58 for three bars of soap, with no prices posted or clear explanation. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal, leaving us confused and disappointed.
