Man what a joke of a business. Stay away
Refused to help me out as a customer, not sure if it was related to my appearance or if the fellow speaking to me was in a bad mood
Scam tactics. Insanely overpriced products that the staff pressure you into buying once they draw you in with free samples. I had to listen to one of the staff make grossly inappropriate, unsolicited comments to my mother about her appearance (she's in her 70s) in an attempt to make a sale. The eye cream they sold her leaves a white residue on the skin. Don't give this place any business.
When they lure you into the store beware of the store policy. If you have a problem with the products you buy that don't care, they provide face products that are not the same as what they use in the store. When you asked about the face lotions that they used they don't respond. STAY AWAY
Leo is an absolute gem! What started as just sampling some soaps turned into live demos, which turned into my mom discovering products that basically work like a surgical facelift—no joke, I literally watched the magic happen. My daughter also found the cutest soap bar that she loves. We’ll definitely be back to visit our favorite person, in our favorite shop, in our favorite town - St. Augustine!
