Thank you, Krishna, for the help yesterday! She answered all my questions and explained how the subscription plan works. She even introduced me to the scent I will be using now, which is Escapade! I ended up changing my order from My Way to this one. Haha! This spot is located in wynwood and it has easy parking. I’m very happy with my product. It smells amazing!!!
Check out the email thread ongoing for over two months!!! JUST ADDED TODAY!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Such POOR service from this company! I have purchased 4 diffuser’s and oils and have been a customer for over two years! In July I reordered oil and it arrived so poorly packaged unsealed and leaking everywhere! When I finally jumped through all their requests for an exchange they sent another shipment exactly like the first! After what has been a confusing road, I am very happy to say that I was given excellent customer service by Nicolas Correa. He made sure to got to the bottom of my issues, made me a priority, and resolved all issues and I cant wait to have my new unit installed and start using my favorite scent (Dream On) again!
