I love this place! Everyone is so friendly, kind and accommodating! Started coming here to get builder gel, which is always consistent. I had problems in the past with nails being too thick. Here they are thin, just as I requested. The choice of polishes and colors is outstanding. Parking is a breeze, shop is clean and they take Apple Pay.
The pricing on the website is very misleading and the owner was kind of rude. I booked toe gel removal (no additional services) and the website said it was $5. I was in there for maybe 10 minutes for the service. The tech rings me up and it's $20+. I pulled up the website and showed her. She went to the owner and the owner said, "Oh that's probably just for one toe. Realistically, $5 for ten toes? Best service ever! Love these ladies
Left with jagged rough nails and untrimmed cuticles. Over $40 for the worst gel manicure I've ever had in 28 years of getting manicures. The person who did it was very friendly, just not very good.
