This Aroma Joe’s location is a gem. Faster than any other location in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and the products are always consistent. Love the rush flavor specials!
Drove up at 6:15 pm and sat at the window waiting for someone to come for 10 minutes. Took another 10 minutes to get coffee. And saw at least two cars get out of line and leave while we were waiting. To make it worse the coffee is uncharacteristicly BAD! Don’t stay open if you can’t provide a quality product in a timely fashion!
☆☆☆☆ — aroma joe’s hooksett: where “customer service” clocks out early rolled up to the hooksett location at 8:45 pm a whole 15 minutes before closing only to find the open signs already off like they were hiding from responsibility. so we called, hoping maybe someone just jumped the gun. nah. the guy answers and casually hits us with, “unfortunately, i’m already putting things away.” oh. okay. so now we’re playing “let’s pretend we’re closed” instead of, i don’t know… doing your job? i didn’t realize “putting things away” m... read more
