Drove up at 6:15 pm and sat at the window waiting for someone to come for 10 minutes. Took another 10 minutes to get coffee. And saw at least two cars get out of line and leave while we were waiting. To make it worse the coffee is uncharacteristicly BAD! Don’t stay open if you can’t provide a quality product in a timely fashion!

You should stop charging for cloud top… because I’ve ordered and paid for it several times and never once gotten it, only to realize after I’ve already pulled away.
