They gave me a defected cup, so when i picked it up the lid popped off and spilled all over me. Didn’t help that the drink was hot
Went there this morning and the line was insane like always. Went to the walk up window because they offer one and not one person acknowledge I was there for 6 minutes and then I left. Won’t be going back.

Been going here every day pretty much since they opened and last night was the most awful service experience I’ve ever had. The girl who was working last night was so rude for no reason at all and always is whenever she is there. Made unnecessary comments and then handed me my drinks and just stared at me and didn’t say anything.
