The Hispanic male parking attendant working at the exit today was extremely aggressive and verbally abusive. We calmly handed him our parking ticket, and before we even had a chance to say anything, he started yelling, cursing in Spanish, and aggressively demanding the $6 payment. His behavior was intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. My mom was scared and we did not feel safe during interaction.
