He turned me away in my early 20s without educating me or starting me on medication. I was a norwood 2-3 10 years ago and later progressed to norwood 4-5 before doing my own research to begin medical therapy and stabilized. He left this room gowned and gloved so I assumed he was in the middle of a case at the time of my consultation. I wonder why he didn’t just say I was too young and start me on medical therapy instead of push me out the door. Even if he is a good surgeon I wouldn’t recommend him based on his ethics.

I had the Worst experience with Dr Arocha I feel like I wasted all my money by choosing him as my hair transplant doctor. I mean the staff is friendly but that Doesn’t help improve my Results ! So after reading some of the negative reviews here I noticed that they quickly deny that it’s from a real Dr Arocha Patient, that’s NOT the case here. I didn't have the opportunity to become a patient of Dr. Arocha's. This is an earned review from a prospective patient whose time is clearly not as valuable as Dr. Arocha's. After almost an hour of waiting, Dr. Arocha and his staff possessed neither the time nor courteous professionalism to simply make me aware that he would miss our scheduled video consultation.

From the very beginning up until now, Dr. Arocha and his staff have been very helpful to me. Dr. Arocha is a very personable guy, and very easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable at my consultation. I did not feel rushed at all, which I had felt at other consultations. He was more than willing to answer any questions I had.
