The sale of our house was difficult due to the timing and purchase of our next house. Evelyn was understanding and helpful. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism were exemplary. Our house sold quickly and without issue. Her service after the sale was outstanding. I would highly recommend Evelyn and Gold Standard Realty to anyone buying or selling a home.

I absolutely recommend Evelyn as a buyer's agent. We purchased a foreclosure/fixer-upper as our first home. She laid out the risks and benefits and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. She clearly loves what she does and wants her clients to be as happy as possible. Even after the sale, she continues to be a resource!

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Evelyn also helps us rent our house out. We are military and didn't live in our house very long but I have never had to worry about our house, as Evelyn has always worked very hard to make sure we have great tenets. I highly recommend her and her company for all aspects of real estate.

Let's just be honest here: there are a LOT of things that can go wrong when buying a home. And there are a LOT of bad real estate brokers out there (I know, I found at least 3 before I found Evelyn) but Evelyn stands above the rest- both literally and figuratively. :) I'm a worry-ridden kind of gal and Evelyn was always willing to answer even the silliest of questions without belittling me while providing accurate and timely information.
