Arnold's Auto Glass had my window for over a week and did not order the glass. They told both my girlfriend and I that it would be ordered. (two separate employees) My girlfriend spoke with them in person when she dropped off the window and I called to follow up. We were both assured it was being taken care of. Upon arrival to pick up the window today, we were told they never ordered the glass and they said they did not have contact info for us and that no one had ever called about it, but later in the conversation slipped u... read more
