If you have a choice don’t use this place. There service response and customer service is terrible. They gave me a date a month away to service my appliance and I was told “well that’s the date we have so take it or leave it”. WOW! Never in my life have I been told that. Well in the future I will find another place and always recommend a different business. Pease read the responses it’s alarming.
RecommendedWe live on an island in Southeast Alaska. When our 13-year-old cooktop died with a POP!, a friend recommended Arnold's. We did some internet research and asked Arnold's to send us the model we chose. Arnold's delivered the new cooktop to the Alaska Marine Lines barge depot in Seattle and it arrived here within a week. Now it is installed in our kitchen and it works fine. We will call Arnold's when our next electrical appliance fails and needs replacement. Good job!
