My technician Christopher has not even arrived yet and already have had a 5 star experience. I spoke to Rose about a last minute technician visit today at a new customer. She was sweet and was able to fit us in this afternoon with a technician. When it came time for our technician to head over we received a text message with our confirmed address, technician name as well as picture of our technician for verification.
