Friday morning we found that we had a leak in the kitchen. We reached out to Arnold and Sons and were able to Dylan onsite that afternoon. Dylan was awesome, isolated the source, found the issue, explained our options and got us scheduled for repairs the following Monday. Monday we had Kendrick and Chris come in and handle the repair. They did excellent work, took the time to explain the fix, how it works, and what they did. Dylan came back out onsite the same Monday to help us look into potential larger home projects. Katie and Jared were very professional and thorough. They did a great job and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The end result is tidy and efficient.
Great experience from Robert and Dustin after a scare over the weekend. Water started pouring from my ceiling. They came in and inspected and found there was a pinhole leak on my ice maker line. Used the shut-off valve which was hidden in the utility room to turn the water off and it stopped the leak. I never would have found it without those guys. Would recommend and will use in the future
