Robert, Hunter, Matt and Jacob were professional, friendly, pleasant and helpful! I had a lot of work done and several things replaced. They were non-intrusive, provided a lot of information and answered all my questions. A very pleasant experience.
The technicians that performed the work were great. Very helpful, friendly, and competent. The $600.00 price for two techs to remove and reset one toilet seemed high but we needed to get the leaking toilet fixed. I would call them again but would discuss pricing in more detail.
If you want a firm that provides good service and stands behind their product and work, they are the ones. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are quite a bit pricey. With that said, I placed more value on the service and reliability than I did the price - which is why I went with them. One other things that I did not like was that you could not get prices for their water heaters from their web site. A few months ago my daughter had this company come to her home for a back up in basement. They showed her video's on their phone claiming her pipes and in terrible condition and had to dig up yard to replace at thousands of dollars. She got a second opinion from another local company who showed her actual videos on minor blockage and they cleared it for minor amount of like 100! Arnold & Son's scams people they think vulnerable and shows them fake videos of their drains!!!
