great dentist
Always have a great visit. Dr Arnold and his staff treat everyone with respect. The visits are on time and they always let me know what is going on. If I have a problem, they get me in to take care of it. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner. While I don't like going to the dentist, this office makes it more bearable.

I had 11 teeth extracted and a full upper plate and partial on the bottom..He explained each and everystep that he was doing as we went along. There was minimal pain and nothing was a surprise it was excatly as he had explained. He took excellent care of me and called the same night to check on my status and if I needed anything. The next morning he had me back in his office to check my new teeth and how my gums were doing. It was a day off for him due to personal reasons but made a special trip in to the office to see me. Being afraid of a dentist due to prior experiences with another dentist. He has my utmost praise and confidence.. Thank you very much.

Dr. Arnold recently replaced four fillings, and that was the most painless procedure I've ever had. I was completely numb, and he even fixed a chip on a front tooth which I'd had for years, but my previous dentist never fixed. He even recommended I come back in for a deep cleaning, something my prior dentist never even discussed with me.

Yes, they went above and beyond
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Great office. Nice to work with. All of them seem very down to earth. I feel very comfortable asking questions and that I'm being listened to.
