I just called about a listing that went up on realtor.com. I called twice, and could only hear a rustling noise like the phone was in someone's pocket, and no one would answer me when I said hello. On the third try, a woman answered and said she was calling the police, but when I mentioned that I was trying to reach a realtor she said that she was a realtor then hung up on me. I have always had good response times with this office and they have been professional to work with. I have called several times and left messages about certain properties and they call me back the same day.

This has got to be the worst agency I have ever tried to deal with. They NEVER returned our calls we finally went to a different agency to checknonnthe property we were looking at. Arnold wouldn't answer her calls either. When we finally did get some information it was to learn that property had been turned over to an auction site called Xome 3 days before they finally got back to us.
