I’ve known him for 35+ years. He is brilliant, thorough, asks intelligent questions, provides easily understood answers & is an adept clinician. Dr Markowitz treated me for Lyme Disease for three years. He literally saved my life. I now only show antibodies of Lyme, 30 years later. His expertise and wisdom, and his wonderful staff, always provide me a wonderful experience when I see them at his office.
Dr Markowitz is very knowledgeable about Lyme disease. He has taken very good care of me and is very open to discussion about treatment plans.
Dr. Markowitz helped me when no one else could, years ago. I became a covid long hauler and went to several other physicians who were clueless, then ended up making the long drive back to Dr. M. It was worth it. He appears a little unconventional, but he has a world of experience and medical wisdom.
Dr. Markowitz is above excellent. He is a true expert in the advanced testing and treatment for Lyme Disease. Where other doctors could not find Lyme Disease in my wife, though the symptoms were there, Dr. Markowtize, using state of the art testing, was able to identify Lymes in my wife and to immediately state effective treatment. Results have been a miracle.

Dr. Markowitz is the most educated doctor I have met in my life. He notices things that no other doctor would even acknowledge. Dr. Markowitz is always furthering his knowledge and I don't think of him as a doctor, he is more like a friend that has a degree in medicine. Always friendly and willing to help. Even when I have questions about other medical concerns.
Super thorough. He has a knwledge base that most other docs lack.
