We started a crown today. Dr Batchelor started by explaining exactly what he was going to do. Everything progressed as planned. The office staff does a lot to make everyone comfortable. It is an atmosphere of being among friends.

I met Dr. Batchelor and his office staff today and was blown away by how nice and knowledgeable they all were. They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me with several different solutions to my dental problem. Other dentists often just "rush through" the process and don't really provide solutions or even make you feel heard - but not Dr. Batchelor - he's wonderful!

As always, the appointment was great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the hygienist does a fantastic job. The staff takes a personal interest in you and how you are doing...you aren't just another number!
