I had not been to a dentist in over 20 years. I had no idea who to go to, so i just searched the reviews of all the dentists that i could in the Fort Mill area. I hit the jackpot with Dr Batchelor. I called the office and talked to Debbie the receptionist. Sweet lady and so helpful. I was sold on the practice just talking to her. I had my teeth cleaned by Kim. Whatever the circumstance - routine cleanings, sudden crises, or a serious emergency - Dr. Batchelor and his able staff have been models of responsiveness, expertise, and empathy. My wife and I experience VIP with every phone call and office visit. Please don't retire!

I have been to Dr. Batchelor's dental practice several times for check ups as well as tooth repairs. He and his staff are friendly and professional. I get a thorough exam and cleaning and other problems are diagnosed and addressed quickly.

I always have a good experience in the office except when Dr. Batchelor tells me I have a cavity. Lol! I always recommend the team when I have an opportunity.
