I have been her patient for 5 years, to lazy to find another provider.You will wait about 4 to 15 min in the waiting room. after you get in back to a room, then be prepared to ALWAYS wait at least an hour or more before seeing her! She is scatter-brained. I would go I with one symptom, that symptom was totally ignored and she would find another unrelated ed symptom that would take a ton of prescriptions and you must see a Specialist immediately.
The provider is nasty to her Staff and does nothing but yell. I've never seen such a disrespectful provider. She does not value your time, you wait in the waiting room for to be roomed and then spend 1-2.5 hours waiting for her. Just for her to walk in and ask two questions then walk out to do something else and wait longer. She just snaps orders around is the hallway ehere everyone can hear.
I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for over 20 years and I cannot say enough great things about her. It makes me sad to see people complaining about the wait time… The wait is always worth it. She listens and remembers everything about her patients. If other doctors practiced medicine this way.. people would understand that the experience should not be done in turnstile speed.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Read page 240 of "MY DOCTOR THE PSYCHOPATH". It tells the facts of one of her patients that died under her care! She has been reported to The Colorado Board of Medical Examiners so she would be held accountable for her actions.
Dr. Arnold made me feel bad about myself and demonstrated little respect for me as a person or for my concerns. Additionally, She encouraged me to have an exam that clearly made me uncomfortable with my child in the room. This was 20 years ago but I still reflect on it from time to time. I’m saddened to see she’s still in practice.
She’s a nice enough doctor but I have never waited less than an hour for her. My last appointment I waited over an hour and a half. It’s ridiculous! And she never even apologizes, even when I mention the long wait. I’m done with her!
She takes to long with patients.... It takes an 1 hour wait time when you go into her office... So if you're to see her at 3:00 you won't see her until 4:00 this is not good on patience...
My wife and I have had Dr. Arnold since 1986 and could not ask for a better Doctor. She is easy going and thorough. Both my wife and I have medical backgrounds would not switch to another doctor.
Village Family Practice is great. Everytime we visit it is a very positive experience and the care from the front desk to the exam room has been top notch.
