I had an exceptional experience at this clinic today. My father's hearing aid stopped working, and from the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to help us. The three women who assisted us (unfortunately I don't know their names) were incredibly kind, caring, and professional. My hearing aid broke leaving part of it in my ear. I called to explain what happened. The receptionist said they were booked but they would squeeze me in. The broken part was taken out of my ear, both my hearing aids received new parts. When I wanted to pay I was told no charge. It was not the money but the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend Arnold hearing centre.
Shout out to Ryan and Tasha. They arranged to get my hearing aid repaired on a rush basis so that I didn't have to go without it during Christmas. Thanks guys. I really appreciate the excellent service.
Very friendly environment. Tasha is excellent!. Alesha removed the wax from my ear, in a very timely and professional fashion. Good people here and I highly recommend their service.
