I have to walk in to make appointment when I arrive I'm left in the waiting room for over hour while those thAt speak Russian flow to the back with appointment times after me no big deal except it happens everytime so if I speak Russian then my medical is more important than anybody else's how so and why do I always have to wait which half the time u don't even remember I'm there
Horrible customer service. The receptionists threaten patients with longer wait times for no reason. Ignore patient calls, discuss and make fun of patients. This is just the tip of the iceberg.This place needs new receptionist or shut down all together. People deserve proper care when the visit a clinic or if they are referred here.
