Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff is unprofessional, gossiping and chit chatting while patients are waiting. Dr. Arnold did my root canal and burned the inside of my mouth several times. The last straw was going round and round with their unethical billing practices. I was covered under my own dental insurance, as well as my husband's. Staff was baffled as to how to handle a patient with two insurance cards. I kept receiving statements from my insurance companies that they had covered all but $40 between the two.
