The kindness of all the staff.
I wish I could give Dr. Nothnagel zero stars. I work in the medical field at a top hospital, and my partner saw Dr. Nothnagel for a retinal tear. From the very beginning, the experience was alarming. He was repeatedly interrupted during her exam by staff telling him other patients were ready, and he kept leaving the room mid-exam. He did not wear gloves, wash his hands, or use hand sanitizer at any point. She even had to hold a clipboard on her chest for him to draw on during her evaluation. She required laser treatment. Dr Nothnagel is a very good, caring doctor and really knows what he is doing.The down side is I always have to be there for at least 2 hours waiting.
Physician took time to explain problem and listened to concerns that I had.
The staff are very pleasant and attentive to you. My experience has been truly consistent and completely positive.

Everyone is nice and seem to care about the patient. They were all very good at explaining what was going on and in words that were easy for the average person to understand. Dr. Nothnagel was nice, professional, thorough and very noligable.
Dr Nothnagel is a genuine, caring, knowledgeable doctor. I can’t say enough about him, and his competency. He takes all the time necessary to answer my questions. The staff is tremendous also.
