Dr. Arnold is very friendly and welcoming, but the quality of his office staff is dismal. Dr. Arnold and his office staff claimed that my insurance was not paying their bill and asked me to call the insurance company on their behalf. I called that day and learned that the office had not submitted the invoices. In the meantime I was paying what was believed to be my bill on the day of my adjustments. AMAZING!!! Dr. Arnold helped me in my first visit! Can't wait to see how much better I feel after the next.
If I could give negative stars I would. Almost $400 for the first visit. He did nothing. He put a cream on my back when I had an icy hot patch already on. I had to watch an 80’s movie about chiropractor procedures. I should charge him for wasting my time. They wanted to sell me on a yearly package. Turns out nothing was even wrong with my back, I had covid!! Scam, save your time and money.
Although, my HMO is not accepted by them. My man that I spoke with spent time to tell me how to go about my situation. 10 stars! What amazing help!
I had sciatica pain from lower back all the way to my instep on left side. My previous chiropractor was not making any progress. After a month, I felt like this stabbing pain was my new normal, at age 66 and very discouraged. After about a month of treatments with Dr. Arnold and his "homework" of stretching exercises, I am back to 100% normal activity for almost 1 year now without need for treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold. But be patient, everyone has a different recovery time.
