Nice guy, competent Service Dr. Ratner has a pleasant demeanor, but I wouldn't say he's the greatest dermatologist I've been to. The waits in his office (1 hour plus sometimes) are almost unbearable, and you get the feeling he tries to rush you along as a result. Still, he provides adequate treatment in a competent manor. Avoid scheduling an appointment around the lunch hour to avoid the crowds, since this appears to be their busiest period.
