Christina Osman just performed an appraisal and failed completely to include major additions and upgrades to the property, including a ground mount solar system. I realize that she may not be familiar with renewable energy, but she should at least try instead of just ignoring it. If you want to lowball, or undervalue a property, Christina is your gal. Otherwise, stay away from Christina and Arnold Appraisal Services.
We had 3 different appraisals done-Christina Osman’s was the lowest. She took homes from all throughout the country and tried comparing them to my parents’ homestead. How can you compare a family farm with acreage in rural Madison township to a poor section of a city in Martinsville or Mooresville? Two totally different types of property. The other two appraisals used homes within a couple of miles instead of 15-20 minutes away in different townships and zip codes.
