This is the 2nd time in a week that I have been here and waited for over 30 minutes my pizza. Last week I got it for dine in and waited and went to check and they had it in a to go box to go. Today 3 people that walked in a good 10-15 minutes after me, got their pizza before me. I will no longer come to this store. The hill it will be!

As we were sitting eating our “second chance” pizza since the first was brought out burnt, the couple behind us started freaking out. We turn around only to find a roach on the ladies plate. Only positive is they refunded the money. The place is a dump.

RecommendedThis location has gone down hill since the new manger has been there. All of the kids that work there now are loud and rude. They talk about anything and just stand there and smile at you while they’re talking about whatever they want. I see so many people writing bad reviews about New Albany’s location and people saying now they’re going to go to he Knobs location. Worst service ever, came in ordered to go, told 15-20 mins, took 45mins. couldn't find order when I came back in after the 20 mins then said they couldn't hurry up the oven. Nothing offered not even even an apology
not sure if the bbq sauce changed but that was terrible. just threw away a pizza and Texas bbq sandwich. both had something like bbq sauce but it was really like sweet n sour or something. 0 stars from me
