About 2:30 this afternoon I was jammed up in traffic in front of your store and committed the act of a desperate man - I juked your counter guys and flagrantly violated your bathroom. Dead sorry, and very grateful for your presence, and I promise I'll be back with the family for some pizza in the near future. 10/10 - would poop again.
Usually i love this place today however my son and i ordered a pizza and we found not one but 2 strands of hair in our food. Im looking over the counter and not one person is wearing a hair net or hat... i didn't get reimburse or offered a remake.. i will not be back.
Arnie's is the best pizza ever we have been buying Arnie's for most of 50 years !!!! love love this pizza
What the heck went on yesterday? I was put on hold when I called to order, was asked to wait some more and then when I picked my pizza up after 45 minutes, it was char baked! I mean burnt black crust!!! What kind of service is that?
Called 2 days in a row never got an answer. Called Floyd Knobs location they said maybe their phones aren't working. Came in to order a pizza they said it would be 15 min been here 45 min!! Terrible customer service and 3 employees were hanging outside around back.
Pizza was mediocre...asked if they had a booster seat or high chair and was told just high chairs...thats fine...well they had rugs sitting on them so i took them off and set them on the table right next to it since they were already hangin over the seat...then i hear a worker 'he just took those dirty rugs and threw them on the clean table' ok 1. Why are there dirty rugs rolled up in the 'dining area' and not put in the back 2. Why are they put on top of the childrens high chairs if their dirty and 3. If your gonna complain... read more
Grew up eating Arnis Pizza, lived right around the corner or across the school yard..When Bob owned it, it was the best pizza ever..Now they are nasty, We have tried and tried them and just again today 6/ 22/ 17...it wasn't any good.the employees act as if they don't care, don't act like they even want to take any orders, place has gone down hill badly...after todays visit it will be our last one...NO MORE.....We have been to the one on the Knobs and it's WAY BETTER, The employees are friendly, they act like they enjoy what ... read more
Pizza used to be the Best in town. It was ok; however, it was not made like we wanted, but at least it wasn't burnt this time!#wishBobandLoiswerestillmakingpizzas!!!!!!
Service sucked, ordered 2 different pizzas, one was eaten before second came out. "Ovens cooking slow tonight" Just tell the truth, you screwed up our order.
