Recommendedfriendly staff and fast service for a great pizza
This location has gone down hill since the new manger has been there. All of the kids that work there now are loud and rude. They talk about anything and just stand there and smile at you while they’re talking about whatever they want. I see so many people writing bad reviews about New Albany’s location and people saying now they’re going to go to he Knobs location. Best thin crust pizza in Indiana it’s a must stop for us when we come through.
Worst service ever, came in ordered to go, told 15-20 mins, took 45mins. couldn't find order when I came back in after the 20 mins then said they couldn't hurry up the oven. Nothing offered not even even an apology
not sure if the bbq sauce changed but that was terrible. just threw away a pizza and Texas bbq sandwich. both had something like bbq sauce but it was really like sweet n sour or something. 0 stars from me
I came from florida back for a visit and it was probably the best visit definitely the best pizza great staff today and great service, I’ll be back the next trip!
Pizza was great as always, but damn the employees are as rude as hell! IDK I just feel like if you hate something that bad u should change it!!

Best pizza and love the place and people! We saw a family in there that said they drive from Bullitt County just to eat there once a week. It really is wonderful pizza!
